Colemac or Dvorak?
Which of these layouts will be the most convenient and efficient in writing code and in general? Also concerned about the speed of printing.

Probably Dvorak for programmers .
But it’s hard to say for sure, I think not many people have a desire to test them for a long time to compare.
In general, IMHO, it just doesn't make much sense for programmers to use such layouts - after all, autocomplete, which is available almost everywhere, significantly increases the speed of writing code and does not require programmers to have a particularly high typing speed. So personally, I strongly doubt the justification for switching to third-party layouts. Although, if you choose, then Colemac can be called a more convenient option, since it is not much inferior to Dvorak, and "backward compatibility" with the usual layout is much more.
Dvorak wins in the sense that, if you need to work on someone else's computer, connecting the layout takes less than a minute, since it is among the standard ones. It won't work with Colemak (at least on Windows).
On the other hand, you will have to face the problem that all key combinations on the dvorak will move to the appropriate areas, which will make it difficult to type them with one hand. In this regard, Colemak wins, since the main keys - ctrl + c, ctrl + v, ctrl + z - are in their places.
However, in general, I would not advise switching to another layout just to speed up typing - for the most part, you will think about the code much longer than typing.
