CNAME record in DNS when registering with Bing.com - Is such a record necessary for Google?
When I register a site with BING, I get the following:
Add a CNAME record (alias) with the name 657124efba5bca8bc6eff3faf7b800a3 and the value verify.bing.com.
So your DNS provider will identify host 657124eba5bca8bc6eff3faf7b800a3.my-site.com as verify.bing.com.
How to add a CNAME record in: DNS PROVIDER
But I only have three columns there: "Host", "Directed To" and "TTL".
What to write where?
1) What should be written in the host? 657124efba5bca8bc6eff3faf7b800a3 or my-site.com ?
2) In the "Directed to" column, should I write verify.bing.com or not?
3) Do you need something similar for Google? I tried to get this individual code, but it turned out to be impossible. They write that I can not log in through my native Google mailing address. You need an account of an organization or educational institution.
