CMS with sections, creating pinned pages and pasting code?

Need csm for corporate needs to add project documentation by sections, attach files, insert code (and make it highlighted)
Pinned pages for checklists and lists of links.
Basically a simple wiki.
Tried MediaWiki, it's very slow.
If you start to implement it yourself, then a lot of nuances come out.
Tried LiveStreet CMS but couldn't find the ability to embed code.
In general, I want a ready-made solution, or at least a solution with a list of working plugins.

take yii2 framework and write everything you need on it. There are a lot of ready-made modules, and ready-made cms for yii2. There will be no excess, it will work quickly.
