What are the CMS, where you can just write a post and comment? It's just nothing more. Even without registering/login. Only entries and comments with the ability to delete them.

For some reason, dokuwiki immediately came to mind .
On dokuwiki.ru you can also see how the comments are organized. It's easier to imagine.
If you have encountered wiki syntax and there are no complaints about the interface, in an hour or two the site may well start :)
But without registration, comments will often have to be cleaned. Or add some trick for bots like "honey pot".
