Cms opencart how to add pdf reader?

Approximately as here, the user sees the cover, when it is pressed, the reader opens on the whole page and below the reader, place other magazines with previews, how is it better to do this?

This reader is written in Flash. There is no such thing for OS, as far as I know. Only custom development.
