Why are the categories not opening in the admin panel?

Store categories do not open, hosting support says that this is due to a lack of RAM and suggests changing the tariff plan to a more expensive one. Is it possible to somehow fix the categories without changing the tariff plan?

your hosting is strange, if it cannot open an opencart store at all. I doubt their answer. it is only possible if you have functionality that eats resources, but I doubt that either
