CMS for user management?
From the functionality of the CMS, only user management is needed, because. I don’t really understand this myself:
- registration
- login / logout, forgot password
- authentication and cookies (standard, if he closed the site, but didn’t go out on it and then went back in, he is authorized)
- security in this functionality
- you also need to different fields (first name, last name, email, id, login and other information about the current user) turned out very simply, for example, using function () or $ funct, well, without problems, without my direct calls to the database.
I would also like to see information on statistics, how much on average he spends on the site, on which pages, what he does.
And also the payment module for the closed parts of the site, and the management of this, i.e. check at the entrance whether the paid period has ended, remind the mail about payment and the like.
To put it and not rack my brains on this topic =)
And the rest of the content part will be written entirely by me, and plus all sorts of libraries and frameworks will be used.

Maybe you should look at cloud ready-made solutions like firebase ?
Everything is very easy to integrate with them, you can see everything and manage everything in their console (web).
