Need cms or plugin.
You need to create a catalog of stores, with the unloading of goods via csv.
An example of such a catalog can be seen here www.onliner.by .
It is very important that the product page looks like this , that is, there is a list of stores where this product is available.
Have you seen anything similar, both on paid cms and on free ones.

Sergey, sorry, but you just want a ready-made solution, to which you attached a template and PROFIT! Here, no matter what cms you take, you will have to finish it, otherwise there would already be a million such sites. I can't remember any cms with such functionality out of the box.

Any cms with catalog module and csv support. And so from question to question. Now everyone will rush to praise their favorite cms;)

About half a year ago I wrote a copy of the online. I'll tell you one thing - no one will give you such a system for free. And as we wrote above - any directory with CSV. Not one to one, but functionally similar in some places.
But in any case, you will need to configure / change the CMS (almost all directories have an EAV base structure, so ..) or write one from scratch. It won't come out quickly.
