Cluster of servers, merging into one?

Good time of the day!
There is a Dell PowerEdge C6100 Server, 8 Intel Xeon 6C X5650 2.66GHz processors, 192GB DRAM (4 microservers)
does anyone have experience of combining all microservers into 1 cluster! to use all resources in one Windows 2016? and use under terminals!!!!
I don't really want to work with 4 machines separately...
and how is licensing done by cores?

Hello,
I have experience.
But on these topics in Yandex: "windows failover cluster" and "windows cluster licensing" you are given so many links with examples from MS itself and even videos that after an hour or two of reading you will do it yourself.
There is even a link to the license calculator:

Read about ScaleMP. It can be done there. But I would not recommend doing this. It will be much easier and cheaper to make an RDS farm directly on the hardware, and the broker will automatically push users to specific physical hosts. Or make a virtualization cluster out of these physical servers, and distribute ordinary virtual machines to users as desktops.
