How to fix the error with the console?

Hello! Recently I tried to install a terminal emulator, I got tired of the usual Windows one. After various problems went because of him, he deleted it. Everything seems to be working, but sometimes some scripts (including npm) crash due to an incomprehensible error. I don't know how to fix it.
I don't remember exactly what I changed. "comspec" set by default - "C:\Windows\cmd.exe".
If you need something else, write, I will try to send what you need as quickly as possible.

npm ERR! file C:\Windows\cmd.exe
npm ERR! path C:\Windows\cmd.exe
npm ERR! code ELIFECYCLE
npm ERR! errno ENOENT
npm ERR! syscall spawn C:\Windows\cmd.exe

PS Of course there is no backup, but I'm a hacker with my mother ...

@h0w4rd

C:\Windows\cmd.exe

Does he exist at all?
UPD: By the way, comspec should point to %SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe
Correct, it should work.
