Cloudflare how to install SSL?

Greetings. Is it possible to supply a certificate from Cloudflare if the hosting does not have it?
Those. it turns out as: the domain is now over HTTP. Is it possible to make it using the HTTPS protocol using Cloudflare?
I put all the checkboxes there, set up redirects, etc. - but there is no result. At the moment, the site opens via HTTPS - but it gives out this:

Or do I need to install the certificate first on the hosting, and then install it on Cloudflare?

first, a certificate for hosting and check the work via https,
then connect ssl in CF and switch dns (dns zone should be on CF) traffic through CF. everything should work
though in the free plan in the browser there will be a CF certificate
