Cloud service for data visualization?

The question is not only about diagrams, graphs, midmap, maps . Interested in more flexible functionality, such as interactivity and calculation.
For example, there is a need to visualize an algorithm (sorting, matrix multiplication...) or a process, such as using the GUI of some system.
There are many tools for the first four, but all of them can do one thing, for animations it is also enough, but even in paid plans (which are not of interest) there is no possibility to set input data and conditional operators at some step of the animation (code)
