Cloud MAC OS for development?
Interested in trying to develop for IOS. I don't have a Mac, I thought about renting cloud mac os. I want to hear the pros and cons. Preferably cheaper/more reliable/easier. To log in through the browser, enter the login password, and you write everything in XCode. Or what else would you advise a poor student? I'm generally surprised why there is no free cloud development toolkit for students.

everything is. there are enough services in which you can remotely rent a virtual machine or even an iron poppy with a fully configured environment.
Prices - from $10-15 per week to $25-50 per month. pay, connect with a teamviewer and work. I don't think it's that much of a stretch. there
are a lot of them, google it, or a free option - a rutracker, there you download a ready-made configured virtual machine with a

- a year ago at ios courses - many guys saw this in development, it’s quite normal for study
There are not so many cloud services that allow you to work remotely with a full-fledged Mac OS, they are easily googled. This is a simple and reliable option, but they all have a very horse price tag, because. forced to spin on hardware from Apple. If you look in the future for several months, I think that it will be cheaper to take a used Mac Mini on Avito within 8000r, it is only desirable to look at models, at least from 2007, and preferably 2009to work with El Capitan. Not the latest version of the OS, but you can still fully develop from it. Well, or as they said above - an option with a virtual machine, if there is a powerful enough computer at hand. You can also look towards hackintosh. It will not start on any hardware, and its installation requires some skill and time, but it will be much more pleasant to work than on a virtual machine. Well, the last option that comes to mind - if you have an iPad, you can install Swift Playground and play around with the language / frameworks a bit. But this, of course, has little to do with full-fledged development.
Or what else would you advise a poor student?Virtual machine and pre-installed image. It is quite possible to familiarize yourself with the system so.
I'm generally surprised why there is no free cloud development toolkit for students. You can provide such a service if you wish.
