Clone Stamp not working?
Again, Photoshop began to knock out an error:
Could not use the clone stamp because the area to clone has not been defined (Alt-click to define a source point).
Layer one. I hold alt, click, then move the mouse to the place where I want to clone, click again and he knocks it out for me.
I recently created a similar topic, a person appeared who convinced me that the whole thing was in my crooked hands, and asked for a screen. Then I already deleted the project and did not post it. Today I ran into the same thing again - I went to that topic, and that person, apparently, deleted his answer without evaluation (I'm sorry).
Please help me understand the logic of Photoshop, thanks
to upd: the second time I noticed that the problem disappears after 15 minutes on its own (I don’t click anything extra).
Those. he stupidly starts working as it should. What does it mean?

Take it easy. Don't jump on people. In your previous similar question, I advised you to make sure that the layer is selected . The fact that there is only one layer does not mean that it is selected. Is it selected for you?
I looked at your previous question - indeed, the answer was deleted (my advice was in a comment to it, like, maybe you didn’t even have time to see it).
