ClipCircleCenter during Zmodeler?

How at 6-30 I select, mask the area, select ClipCircleCenter in the brushes, then hold Alt to make a circle, but nothing is done, it does not even glow in the hands, help make a circle

First, press Ctrl + Shift, the brush switches, start drawing a circle (this is exactly what the pop-up window reported - this brush is turned on by pressing Ctrl + Shift).
Then, without releasing the mouse button, you can release Ctrl and Shift - the brush will remain ClipCircleCenter and you can press Alt.
