Click and keyboard automation on VDS?

I have a VDS (OS - windows) and a script written in python and pyautogui. It performs simple actions: clicks and keyboard input. The question is that it only works if you connect to VDS via remote access. Tell me how to make it work, is it possible to choose another framework?
