CLI or GUI in 2019?

I’m thinking, now we have 2019, are the consoles still relevant or is it time to make interfaces?
I am writing a server, it is possible to write both a console and a graphical application. I used the first option, but I thought about it, because the GUI would be clearer and more informative, the main thing is to build it correctly.
I would like to know what is your opinion on the question "CLI or GUI in 2019?"

Why a GUI server? Monitor status? So the status monitor is a separate application.
Flies separately, cutlets separately - no need to mix.
