Clearing Windows 7 account files on shutdown?

There are public computers running AD. People come to see sites, download files, and leave behind a lot of rubbish.
I would like to make sure that when you turn off or log out of the account, all user files are deleted and everything becomes like with a new account.
Can you please tell me if there are any solutions?

@fzfx

Make accounts members of the "Guests" group instead of "Users".

As an option, delete the user profile before shutting down. It will be recreated upon login.

You can use the method - using shadow copies to roll back the profile, folders, but at least the entire OS.

It is necessary to remove it from the experience when turned on, otherwise the users have adapted to extinguish the power machines
