Clangbackend keeps crashing - how to fix?

Hello.
Qt Creator 4.12.0 on a virtual machine under Windows (Qt 5.14.2 kit).
Every few minutes "clangbackend" (APPCRASH libclang.dll) crashes. Under the real system the same.

Clang code model: Error: The clangbackend program terminated unexpectedly and has been restarted.

But on Ubuntu 19.10 everything is fine. The project is the same.
There are similar problems in the bug tracker, but they, as it is written, have been fixed long ago.
Tell me, can anyone come across, how did you solve it?
