I'm trying to attach Mikrotik here as a client to ACE, but I get a very incomprehensible log.

What is "ccconfig"? At what this message received from a tsiska. The rest is also not all ok, the first phase is passing, the second is not for some reason. SA pairs are not created.

Have you tried setting the exchange-mode=main l2tp parameter in the /ipsec peer settings on the MK side?
