cisco 9951 9971 + asterisk

need a working config for cisco 9951/9971 to communicate with asterisk 1.4 or 1.8 via sip protocol.
on 9951 the firmware sip9951.9-0-0-77 is installed
on the internet, I found the config in xml, but the following errors fall out in the phone logs:

error updating locale
file not found: united_states/g4-tones.xml
error updating locale
file not found: english_united_states /lk-sip.jar
no ctl installed
file not found: ctlfile.tlv

SEP*mac*.cnf.xml is eaten by the phone, but neither ssh nor web interface access appears. peer registration does not occur on the asterisk server either. in the dump, requests from the ip-address of the phone are not visible at all (the device and the asterisk are not behind nat).

another question for those who know if the device is behind nat, then with the correct config it will be able to register on asterisk 1.8?
