CIBlockELement::Add, how to make it so that when adding an element, for example, the id property would be unique and auto-increment?

I add comments via CIBlockELement::Add, I want each comment to have a unique id. Is it possible to create such a field in the infoblock property so that it is auto-incrementing?

When an element is created, it is assigned a unique ID, is this ID not enough?
