Chrome started blocking links that I open in a new tab by clicking on the wheel, how to fix a bug?

Hello!
Today I found out that chrome started to behave incorrectly, it does not open the link in a new tab, but blocks it if I open it with the wheel. If you open it through the context menu, then everything works, but it's too far to climb and you're already used to using the wheel because it's fast and much more convenient. I wanted to know if this can be configured somewhere in chrome, in the about:config settings for example. It's very inconvenient. In chrome itself, I already reported a problem, if they don’t respond, I’ll have to write to them, bother until they fix it, because an extremely frequently used function has been cut out. But maybe they removed it, for only a reason known to them.

Check that extensions are not buggy. Run chrome without plugins ( www.bilee.com/chrome-6.html ) and try again with the wheel.

Content settings - Pop-ups and redirects - allow. I also noticed this behavior today.
