Chrome hangs, what is the reason?

About 2 weeks ago, chrome started to freeze: it all started with the fact that youtube switched to using html5 video, but I didn’t like the mode and I switched back, and away we go ...
On pages where flash is present, chrome began to freeze for 3 seconds every 10 seconds, with In this case, in the task manager, neither memory nor processor time sags on chrome processes, but at the same time, chrome does not react to anything in these 3 seconds - neither to clicks inside the page, nor to clicks on tabs, in the last second of this 3 second period, the mouse cursor starts spinning as if the processor is fully loaded, and a notification appears on the chrome window itself - it does not respond, after which it defrosts and returns to normal.
Further worse, recently, even on pages where there is no flush, such a kotovasiya occurs.
I thought - when you upgrade to version 26, everything will settle down, but no - the lags have not disappeared.
Disabling third-party plugins did not help, removing the flash from the computer too.
Moreover, neither in fox, nor even in the Yandex browser (I had to install it to check if it lags there too), this is not observed.
Prompt who faced similar how to cure.

Once upon a time, Chrom's PepperFlash bugged, it was treated just in the opposite way - by replacing it with a standard one from Adobe.
