Hello.
In order for Chrome to enable "Rendering" features such as "continuous page repainting", or "fps meter", "GPU compositing on all pages" had to be enabled in chrome://flags/ . In new versions on my OS, this flag is missing. Tell me, is it possible to enable these tools now, or has google abandoned them and now they are gone?
Win 8 Chrome 34 and Chrome Canary 36.
