Chrome devtools. Hides the element when focus is lost. How to win?

Hello.
Chrome dev tools are great, but I can't seem to prevent one problem. I really want to explore one button in CKEDITOR, but here's the annoyance - as soon as I click on the "select element" button, the ckeditor panel disappears.

Activating pseudo-styles does not help. Is there a solution?
Update:
I have angular-ckeditor. It disappears when focus is lost. Therefore, in the usual form, it is always shown, but in angular-ui it disappears

CKE usually hangs in an iframe and has characteristic marks - you can find it in Elements manually.
