Chrome, developer tools issue, rgba being replaced with rgb?

The problem is the following. When editing styles in the browser using developer tools, google chrome, as well as the Yandex browser, has recently begun to replace rgba colors with rgb .

For example rgba(0, 0, 0, .15) it replaces with rgb(0 0 0 / 15%) .

Of course, this does not particularly affect the final version, but it causes discomfort when copying styles.
Please tell me the solution or the way to the solution.

UPD: I noticed that it does not work only in two, at least to me, cases:

• text shadow
  
• box shadow
