Choosing the path to create a hybrid cross-platform Android and IOS application?

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!

I formed the idea :)
I set myself the goal of implementing it, in general, by myself (of course, without hundreds of investments), with the experience of creating sites on popular frivolous engines.
After analyzing the tasks of the application, I determined that it is better to go by creating a hybrid "consciousness" of the application.
In my case, most likely, some kind of application builder will do, and it should definitely be flexible with open source, but not difficult to understand, and it is desirable to suddenly be able to download the application and upload it to the application platforms of OS systems :)
Guban is not a fool, but still, there are

a lot of offers in the open spaces, so the choice is quite difficult
. Please advise experienced developers what to choose, what to do, how to live with it)

Thank you Lord guides

In 2020, I would advise you to start learning mobile development with Flutter. The framework is cross-platform, it is not difficult to master the basics. Supported and actively developed by Google.
