Why does Android Studio duplicate Version Control settings when opening a project?

How many times I open it, there will be so many duplicates.

Of the two computers, this behavior is only on one. Android Studio reinstalled the latest one today on both with the user settings removed.
What could be the reason?

Earned. Apparently caught some kind of glitch.
After uninstalling Android Studio, it was necessary to manually delete the directories:
c:\Users\USERNAME\.android\
c:\Users\USERNAME\.AndroidStudioX.X\ (there may be different versions)
c:\Users\USERNAME\.gradle\
