Choosing an engine for an online store
Question to the respected audience. We need an engine for an online store, which would allow us to implement the following functions:
• Online CRM - where data on orders and customers are stored.
• Easy registration - does not require mandatory registration upon purchase
• Integration with social. networks
• good SEO sharpness •
Integration with yandex.market
• Integration with payment systems
• Mail processing through incident tracker systems
• Ability to place orders after the sale (for periodic product service, for example)
It is clear that little will fit these requirements completely out of the box, but I would like to hear your experience and advice.
I looked in the direction of phpshop, but still in thought.

Bitrix is too bulky and you need a decent hosting. Plus, part of the Bitrix code is closed by Zend, as far as I remember, that is, cutting it for yourself is no longer an option. Of the common ones, the best, in my opinion, is Prestashop. All your requirements are there. There are a lot of free and paid modules.
www.opencart.com/ or Russian localization myopencart.ru/ meets almost all your requirements, the only thing I'm not sure about is mail handling.
I won’t say for Ya.market and mail processing, but I would choose Bitrix. Many will disagree with me, but if you do not need to cut the basic components of the system (which is a headache), then the system will fit perfectly. Integration with payments in general in a couple of clicks.
Thanks to all who responded, I'm sitting, smoking links. :) In various rental services, it annoys me that you sit on a needle. And the fact that you won’t be able to finish anything for yourself - eat what they give. And getting off a clogged store can be problematic.
thank! I also looked in his direction, but they say hosting is needed for it more serious? Although a young and-no store, especially at first, should not expect loads.
