Choosing a web server for maps?

Good day, dear ones!
There is a posgresql database, of the form: {x, y, power, time}, replenished in real time.
I want to draw it on the map (a person comes in and sees the real-time recording), Leflet or Yandex.Maps (something written in js) will be taken as the basis for the map.
Tell me how to organize a linux-server on which it will be spinning?
Possible candidates: apache/ngnix?
