Choosing a VoIP and PBX provider?
Good afternoon,
We have a small team (so far 3 people), whose members are distributed by country. We want to provide all team members with a single centralized telephony solution, we are talking about the fact that we have a fairly large amount of communication with counterparties by phone, there are incoming and outgoing calls.
The task is to choose a VoIP and PBX provider that could provide the following services:
- provide a choice of ordering and connecting a phone number in Russia / Europe
- redirect all incoming calls to this number to team members using a simple algorithm
- be able to redirect an incoming call to Skype / Google Hangouts
- have your own SIP client, or set up SIP clients, including SIP for mobile (Android, iOS)
- the ability to connect IP phones (it's just nice to have an old-school option for making calls)
- the solution should be "cloud"
So, if I understand correctly - we need a virtual PBX (PBX) with VoIP. Correct me if I'm wrong.
There is a great preference for the provider - the lack of binding to any geographic region (for example, Mango and Zebra Telecom are purely Russian providers, although their solutions would probably solve our problems).
Unfortunately, Skype and Google Hangouts provide individual solutions, but we want a single solution for the entire team, I repeat with a single number.
I would be grateful for links / advice on organizing telephony.
PS Zadarma have not watched yet. I don't want to offend them - but their site is a bit "dumb"; it simply does not inspire confidence at first sight.
