Choosing a router in a crowded cafe?

Good evening. We already have a WiFi network. Kinetic Ultra and wired 2 speedsters with repeaters. There are up to 100-130 clients at peak times. Routers do an excellent job with any load. But 2 things are missing. 1) It is impossible to redirect the start page (our site) on them when you first connect to the wifi. 2) I understand that there are special captive portal services, and we will connect to them. But still, I would like to have some kind of traffic control in place. Many different chips that are not available on the kinetics.
In connection with the above, it was decided to purchase another router, make it a dhsp server. Disable dhsp server on ultra and point to new router. Directly within the network. There are detailed instructions on the Kinetics website.
Now the question is, I'm more inclined towards a Mikrotik router, to a hex or hex-s model, or what do you recommend? Or there is a more convenient router, because the assignment of rights, channel width, schedules, and so on with clients will now have to be done in a new router.
Thanks

Well microt is the right solution..
hEX S comes with SFP port, do you need it?
It seems to me suitable:
Mikrotik cAP - https://www.onlinetrade.ru/catalogue/wi_fi_tochki_...
Or dual-band, more powerful - https://www.onlinetrade.ru/catalogue/wi_fi_tochki_...
