I choose a programmer for flashing bios, epromm, flash. Various TV devices, laptops and PCs. what adapters are often in demand? take tl866a or tl866cs? Version A has support for in-circuit programming, but is it really necessary for my purposes? I don't know anything about microcontrollers.

Take it.
In-circuit programming for the purposes of the service is not necessary, in extreme cases they are completely the same - just solder the connector and reflash (there is a topic about this on the incident).
Do not press on the panels, at least buy under sop-8 - for bios, etc.
