Choosing a payment aggregator

Until recently, I used the payment aggregator Robokassa. Everything was fine, payments were accepted and everything was great, but about 2 weeks ago they started to issue such a nice picture for 80% of payments: shot.qip.ru/00b1Df-2qpjF8qwp/ . To my questions, what is the problem, support answers one thing, they are working on solving this problem + answers every 3-4 days, this is somehow not very good. In general, the question arose of replacing the payment aggregator. The question is what stable aggregator could be replaced by Robokassa?

Requirements:
Stability.
Acceptance of bank cards not through a third-party service. (it is desirable that not only Russian bank cards work)
Acceptance of electronic currencies: webmoney, Yandex money, qiwi.
The commission is less than 4%.
It is desirable that you can start working immediately, with the subsequent conclusion of the contract.

I can advise Srypay
To withdraw webmoney 3%
But Yandex money is connected insanely long, I have been waiting for 1.5 months to activate it.

Apparently, a uniteller will suit you: www.uniteller.ru/Info/ru/108
They will definitely process the cards themselves. Reliability is very high. I can’t say anything about commissions, because. for each site they give their percentage depending on the type of goods.

Have you considered Assist? They generally were the first in this market many years ago.

Look aside www.payonline.ru/education/setup/
As for the commission, I don’t know for sure, but everything else is available.
The guys there seem to be adequate, I had a chance to communicate a year ago.

I'm not 100% sure if it suits your requirements, but I like PayAnyWay. We have been working with them for about a year, the support is fast, the commissions are acceptable (3% for cards). There were failures, but they did not run from clients.

Today, of course, the choice of a payment aggregator should be considered in conjunction with:
1) The decision on 54FZ - online cash registers
2) Your turnover and goals
3) Security (no newfangled home-grown services that dump on the market and then burn out along with your money)
For small businesses , let's say, with a monthly turnover of up to 1 million on bank cards - IMHO definitely choose a robokassa - https://www.robokassa.ru/ru/
You can also see Yandex.Checkout, but despite the fact that the rates are the same, there (in Yandex) the security service will rape the whole brain before you connect. If you do not soar - welcome.
With a turnover of 0.5-3 lyams, you can choose, and the aggregators are still the same robokassa, but be sure to ask for an individual tariff and lower the rate. By default, they will be imprisoned at 3-3.5%, and you can get 2.9% or less. Yandex cash desk will not give an individual rate. But try. IMHO all other aggregators are the pursuit of savings, which in money will be two kopecks and it's not worth it.
But with a turnover of 3 million or more, I recommend a direct way to the bank and acquiring directly. Leave the aggregator as an additional fallback.
