Choosing a network MFP for the office?

I am interested in an MFP with the following requirements:
- it will be connected over the network to Windows 2003 Server (a terminal server, also virtual on ESXi5)
- the presence of ADF
- duplex printing is desirable
- "problem-free" scanning over the network, in the absence of a USB connection
- well, preferably refillable cartridges
- load about 3000 pages per month
I know how to use the search, I would like to hear recommendations based on real experience of use. Especially with regards to the network scanner.

The Xerox 3300 is cheaper for such a load. In operation for about a year, the printer supplier refills the cartridges. Network scanner, with some limitations - you need to go to the printer, charge the feeder, select your computer in the menu. There is an auto feed. And he sends faxes to soap.

Xerox 3550
But there is no information about refillable cartridges yet.

are drivers for this.
— presence of ADF
Available.
— preferably duplex for printing
Yes.
- "Problem-free" scanning over the network, in the absence of a USB connection
It can, although without problems everyone understands the term for themselves in their own way.
Able to put the results of labor in a network ball and FTP, as well as send by e-mail.
Unfortunately, it does not know how to TWAIN over a network a la MFP from HP, i.e. there is no possibility of scanning over the network using some kind of software.
— Well, preferably refillable cartridges are refilled
.
– load about 3000 pages per month
Maximum load: 20000 sheets / month
Toner cartridge yield (TK-130): 7200 pages
