Choosing a laptop alternative to macbook pro 13 on Windows, what to choose?

A story that is still partly relevant for me :)
Macbook pro 13. wonderful, but the budget did not allow. We are looking for alternatives on Windows.
Requirements - 13-14, i5 4 cores and higher, 16GB of memory, ips, normal keyboard and sound, battery is not critical but average to keep, maintainability is adequate and reliability is high, weight up to 1.5kg, so that children 5-7 worked :))) ) built-in video is enough. The price tag is ideally up to 50-60. You can memory for example 8, but a slot to stick a pdanka in the future. I know acer has such models. Ssd is also desirable, but so that you can change it. 128-256 starting is enough
. I got on a dell xps 13 9360 bu for 60tr, but the forums swear at some kind of sore with a squeak or tedious noise, and the repair is the replacement of the motherboard. The keyboard is uncomfortable and wears out quickly...
