Choosing a language for the backend and for the future?

Good evening everyone.
Input data 30+ years. The work is near-IT. Enikeystvo, site fix, seo, web analytics, vba for excel, SQL queries are simple and non-IT tasks.
In general, I tried a lot. I decided that I like the back or useful applications like "output analytics from the database", automation is small. That is, not landing pages and online stores.
I see that the choice between PHP, Python, C#, Java, Node.
On C # I wrote myself something under the vinfon. But on vacancies in Java and C #, there are many places where they require those. higher. (Which I don't have) I'm not sure that the bank, for example, needs a senior jun without a profile one.
On Node, I wrote parsers for work. Chatik. Confused - the least number of vacancies from the presented languages and all full stack / senior.
I can’t master the frontend because of the layout, my soul can’t accept it in any way.
Questions:
1) What language to choose in the light of the above?
2) What kind of pet project is enough to write for the employer to take without question?
3) Wildly embarrassed by his own age. By s / n is ready to sink.

As if the sim3x comment answers all your requirements) The IT world is very large and this question torments everyone. Decide for yourself, but do not forget that technologies are selected for tasks.
In principle, taking into account the fact that you still won’t be able to break in with your feet, I can advise you to think about the future and cloud technologies - Node and C # are in place there. Remove some of the problems with system administration, but at the same time you will be required to know a number of other things about it.

PHP is the easiest way to find a job. For the rest of the factors, you can take any, but, IMHO, the ease of finding your first job is one of the most critical factors for you.
