Choosing a Help Desk system

Due to the complete blockage of support, a helpdesk system is required. There is money and modest requirements:

- normal, simple interface
- Russian language
- the ability to accept applications for email and inform participants
- ticket escalation system

Maybe, if there is money, order the writing of a system to fit your requirements? In terms of time, this should not be very long, but you won’t have to adapt existing solutions “for yourself”. As practice shows, the adaptation of other people's products takes a lot of time and because of this, quite a lot of glitches can result.

The Traffpro system has a rather good HelpDesk.
If necessary, I can send it, because its (Traffpro) free version can no longer be found in the public domain.

I'll try to insert my amateurish five cents: why is Mantis bad?
