Choosing a CRM system for a company?
Good evening!
I ask for your help in choosing CRM for the company.
The company is engaged in the reception and maintenance of access control systems and video surveillance.
CRM plans to:
1. Register incoming calls and assign them to masters for subsequent repairs. The whole process can be coordinated by one person (dispatcher). In fact, I registered, appointed, received confirmation of the repair, confirmed and closed.
2. Creation of a customer base.
3. Control of terms of contracts.
4. Issuing acts on contracts on a monthly and quarterly basis.
5. Accounting for installed equipment for planning its replacement.
6. Possibility of generating reports in order to determine
the load of masters

Monitoring the implementation of applications on time
The company is not large, so expensive solutions will not work. We are considering cloud CRM or free analogues.
