Choosing a universal CRM system?
Good afternoon!
The task arose to find a free or inexpensive universal crm system with the following functionality:
1. The system works on its own server.
2. Register of clients with binding of scans of documents sent by clients (electronic archive);
3. Interaction with mail (exchange) and ip telephony (avaya) in terms of processing incoming letters / calls / response time.
4. Maintaining a warehouse (at least a simple module - one warehouse and with a small list of valuables);
5. Knowledge base with access control to different articles;
6. Electronic archive for storing internal regulatory legal acts of the organization;
7. The ability to generate documents according to a template for printing with filled in customer data (for example, an acceptance certificate, an issuance log, etc.);
8. It is desirable, but not necessary - to form an order and track the current state of the document in the approval chain without integration with third-party EDMS. For example, there is a procedure for reconciling invoices for payment. We prescribe the procedure for reconciling such accounts, and when a new one arises and its registration, we only have to mark and change the current stage in the chain.
