Choosing a CMS for a real estate website?
It is necessary to create a catalog website for real estate search. Advise which cms is better to use for these purposes? I usually work with Wordpress, but it seems to me that it is not suitable for such a project. A quick google showed a bunch of different cms. Can someone describe personal experience, what are the advantages and disadvantages of those tsmsok that you use for such purposes? Or maybe there is a plugin for WordPress to implement such a task?

WordPress is quite suitable, especially if you are familiar with it.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-property/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/real-estate-listing-...
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wprealestate/
and this one is very attractive looks like:
easypropertylistings.com.au
this is the first page of google :)
Try Concrete5. At one time did on it. Although if you have worked and specialize in wordpress, it will be better than him :) Usually, what is familiar is faster to do.
I also made a real estate website on Drupal - I did not regret it at all. More precisely, it’s not so much Drupal itself that simplifies the work, but the Views module for it. In theory, such a site should have a bunch of different lists with different filters, and this is exactly the task for Views. Plus, very fine-tuning of content editing forms for the client. WP also has it, of course, but not at this level. Flexible generation of "beautiful" links with Pathauto... In short, a bunch of handy things. Only here is one very important point - if you have not communicated with Drupal before, then you will figure it out for a long time. But, in my opinion, it's worth it.
Well, yes - a framework. It is unlikely that it will be faster, but full control over what happens on the server.
