Choosing a budget tablet - are there any good ones?

Good day to all. I want to take a tablet for reading books. Readers are not suitable, because my entire library (30 books) is in pdf, I don’t really want to look for them in other formats + it’s quite difficult to get good readers in Israel. And given the same damage to the eyes, it is better to buy a more functional device. Actually I want to choose a good tablet, but at the same time budget.
Very important:

  • Screen 7 or more inches.
  • Operating time at average loading - not less than 5 hours.
  • The screen is not from 2007 (after which the eyes get tired after 40 minutes).
  • I could pull the video at least in 720 on youtube.
  • Ability to root and install Cyanogenmod.

The main actions performed with the tablet:
1) Reading pdf books.
2) View video.
3) Social networks.
What I considered (but I can’t choose, because reviews vary):
1) Display Tablet - Lenovo TAB 2
2) Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 lite
3) LG G Pad
4) Asus Fonepad 7

I would take an iPad Mini. With a margin of tasks and no problems. Well, it costs about ten. Quite budget

8-9'' e-ink reader with switchable backlight. Everything else is inconvenient.
