Depends on the files themselves. If you have large files, then it's wiser to use xfs, if you have a bunch of small files, then it's better to use reiser4, and so ext4, the golden mean
I would stupidly take ext4, but you can also use zfs - you can store a zerabyte.
And between what you choose, globally the choice between xfs and ext4 both need to be tuned
