Choice of toolbox?

Recently I needed pliers, and there are only 2 screwdrivers and metal shears (fortunately, the bolt for 8 was unscrewed with scissors :)
So I'm thinking about buying a small set for all occasions.
I rummaged around in local stores - either very simple ones (4 screwdrivers and pliers), or kits for professionals for 7k and above, or the so-called "network kits" (tools for crimping cables).
What you don't need: Testers and soldering irons, there are already a good tester and soldering irons of various calibers. (Although it will be possible to replace the regular ones with your own, there will just be a place for them)
You need a tool for cutting the cable, wire cutters (or does the previous tool play their role?), pliers, different screwdrivers (necessarily magnetized, with rubberized handles). Maybe a small hammer and an adjustable wrench. In principle, this is the main thing, the rest can be purchased as needed.
And maybe you can recommend a soldering station for a beginner (with a hairdryer). As a child, he was fond of radio engineering. It came in handy recently (com<->ttl). Lut mastered. Now something else is on fire))
Thank you in advance.

IMHO, it's easier to assemble by the piece. In large construction supermarkets, you can find anything your heart desires.

I advise you to take it separately. It will come out cheaper.
Here is a personal list that I would buy from.
Screwdrivers Skrab 42010 (210r) (dielectric) (6 pieces per set), hammer FIT 44285 (200r), wire cutters FIT 50781 (400r) (great thing), pliers STAYER MASTER HERCULES 2203-1-20_z01 (250-270r), key STAYER 27262-20 (250r)
As a result, only 1000 kopecks. IMHO it's cheap.

Of course by the piece. I don't remember my own names. I didn’t read the reviews specifically, and I’m not a great master of the case.
But in the construction industry, when the choice is large, you immediately understand what you need to take and what not. I took only 4 different screwdrivers. Bits are an extra set just in case.
And the choice of a hammer is a very intimate thing)

Judging by the profile, Voronezh. Have you already visited Leroy Merlin? There is quite a high-quality choice of tools from “a tester for 20 rubles to dig into your ear” to “a screwdriver for 600, I won’t even give it to anyone else!”
There are no universal kits, it’s also worth focusing on brands and applications - for example, I’ll buy a FIT screwdriver (by the way, magnetizing a screwdriver is the most banal procedure - half an hour and a magnet from the hard drive and voila!), And their plumb line is gone, a couple of times ran into a frank slag.
In terms of hand tools, long-nose pliers (including those with curved jaws) are very convenient and versatile. When performed correctly, they act as pliers and tweezers. I have been using Matrix goo.gl/OKPv9 for the third year already , it is inconvenient to work with ordinary pliers after them.
Cable stripping tool - do you mean twisted pair and household cables? Or something fiber level?

Follow-up : the correct screwdriver looks like goo.gl/Z7AEU , not goo.gl/NJeV8 like this. Moreover, the first one may cost more.
