Hello.
I am interested in programming languages whose programs do not require the user to install additional software (such as net framework for C# or java).
I'm going to develop not very complex programs with a visual interface.
So far, I only know Delphi from such ones, but it is already little used. So it is desirable more or less live Japanese.
