Choice of processor and motherboard (Z&H) chip:?

Needed for rendering (ai, ps, 3D) / sometimes I play.
the desired frequency is 4.5.

I watched a lot of reviews, read a bunch of forums.
If we take stock 6700 and 6700k, then K wins because of the frequency.
But someone managed to overclock the 6700 as well as the 6700k to 4.5/4.7.
So the question arose, is there any point in buying 6700k? It is more expensive by 700 rubles. They differ only in the frequency and consumption of electricity. (Of course, they heat up in different ways)
There is an ssd m2, a RAM at a frequency of 3200 GHz (I think I flew with it, it will work at a processor frequency .. 2400?)
From everything, the question arises, but what's the point of buying a more expensive mother on a z chip?
It seems to support 3200, even more ..
h is not very different, but there is no type of overclocking. Although it overclocked 6700, which also does not overclock ..))
So, in general, the difference between the most reasonable and cheapest option is 3000, and if the top is over 10,000 ..
In general, there is a difference between 4GHz and 4.7GHz. Therefore, I look more at 6700k ... but with the motherboard it’s still more difficult .. If you drive the processor, it’s just good that the RAM can work at 3200 ..
I just did all this for a long time, I don’t remember everything. I guess the 6700 is overclocked on the bus, although 6700k is better for this..
And if I want to overclock the 6700k to 4.5, do I need a motherboard with a z chip?
video card gtx 1070ti
ssd m2 samsung
ram corsar 3200
In terms of consumption, 6700 4.5 and 6700k 4.5 will eat alone?
Power supply 600w or 650w?

Overclocking is possible ONLY on the Z chipset! Of course, there are some exceptions, for example, Asrock motherboards with the HYPER prefix (for example: https://catalog.onliner.by/motherboard/asrock/h170... ), but it seems to me easier to look for something cheaper on a Z chipset than to get involved in "such") Processes without the K index can only be overclocked if there is a special version of the BIOS on the motherboard, and the Z270 chipset is deprived of such bios (Intel closed the gap in the 2XX series) I would still take it K because. overclocking will work for them on the Z270, which in the event of a motherboard release will allow you to find a used one. replacement mother. As far as I know, rendering loves the frequency, not the number of cores, so the new AMD AMD Ryzen 5/7 do not quite suit you, although I would not write off the R5) A good bp watt for 500 should be enough for you (for examplehttps://catalog.onliner.by/powersupply/corsair/cp9... )

Why do you need 4.7 GHz? Stupid to disperse? Have you considered cooling? and a 650w block for overclocking is not good in my opinion
