Choice LG 4X HD vs SGS3 vs RAZR MAXX?

I was puzzled by the choice of a new smartphone to replace the SGS2, which was torn to the dump, which had served faithfully for more than a year. Initially aimed at SGS3. Subsequently, I thought about the battery and remembered the RAZR MAXX (do not offer HD, it's expensive). Then the LG 4X HD caught my eye. Please tell me which of them is better in terms of characteristics in the conditions of modern active use, i.e. regular internet in the city and navigation in the car (i.e. about charging too) + modern games.
Of the significant differences between the tubes, I only revealed that LG has tegra3. Is it so? In the sense that this is the only significant difference? And expands it, or vice versa, narrows, the list of applications available to the device? What would you take?

Definitely from the above SGS3, a version for the Americans
on the Kvalkom s4 process is desirable.

Probably sgs3.
sgs2 You want to landfill, which means that it does not suit you in terms of power, and therefore a motor scooter equal to it in power will not work.
skis will not work either, because Be that as it may, Samsung is more mainstream, there will be more non-buggy applications for them.
If, nevertheless, sgc2 suited you in terms of power, then stay on it, the KILLER-features of the smarts you listed do not have. And if there is not enough battery, then this is solved by an extended battery.
We ourselves periodically look at smarts. sgs1 to sgs2 might have been upgraded, but we don’t see the point of leaving sgs2 yet, enough for everything. And even if they took a new smart, given that sgs2 is one and a half times cheaper, they wouldn’t take the 3-shku, it’s not as cool as it is more expensive.

Take SGS III on Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8960.
