2- Payment for services depends only on the competence of a specialist, I used to take 50-100% of the link budget for work, now I don’t provide a separate link building service. Only expensive links work under Yandex now, because they are not spammed, they cost from 3k rubles (you won’t find many such cheap ones) and ad infinitum, the most expensive thing I bought was 60k for one link.
