All would nor what - delete and forget. The piquancy of the situation is that it was sent from an address and a person from a budget or near-budget organization. Whose friendliness of intentions is also questionable.
In fact: is it possible to open an email and check what is there - without infecting a working computer, but unequivocally answering the question - was this action purposeful?
